亚西娅·卡列拉（Asia Carrera，1973年8月6日 - ）是出生于美国的亚欧混血色情演员，她的父亲是日本人，母亲是德国人。
卡列拉出生于新泽西州的小银城（Little Silver），出生时姓名为杰西卡·斯坦豪瑟（Jessica Steinhauser），自幼练习钢琴，曾两度作为神童在卡内基音乐厅内演奏。十六岁到日本学院教习英语。十七岁时因为不堪父母对她升学的压力离家出走，但随后取得路特格斯大学（Rutgers University）全奖学金入读大学。大学以毕业。
