材料:五花肉一盒(市场上没好的五花肉,只能去超市买一盒一盒的),洗净去毛,切成麻将大小的块,放入冷水中,煮开,捞出冲去血沫,控干水分备用。

蒜几个,姜几片。干柠檬一片,绿茶一小撮,花椒一小把,辣椒一小把,冰糖适量(因为偶喜欢吃湖南的红烧肉,所以每次都放点辣椒进去,呵呵)Pb1j;FZ ODT{+@.K

1、锅倒底油少许,凉油入糖小火慢炒,至出棕红色泡沫,下控干水分的肉块翻炒均匀上色,加入料酒少许。直至肉上全部裹入色泽,下姜蒜添水未过食材,大火煮滚,倒入沙锅中,放入香料(其实应该用个香料盒或者用纱带,可是我忘了一股脑的都扔了进去),上盖,煮沸后,小火一个半小时
