锅里放油,下不容易熟的先炒,图里是土豆丁和蘑菇,炒几下后,淋料酒,加入水。水开后 放面条进去煮,挂面,手擀面什么都好,把剩的各种绿叶菜,豆芽了,豆腐了,百叶了,牛肚了,午餐肉了,海带了,鱿鱼了,虾仁了,木耳了放进去,觉着面条差不多好了,把刚才腌好的羊肉拌一些干淀粉,一条条用筷子下到面条锅里,搅拌散,羊肉一变色,这个面就好了,可以尝口汤,不咸的话加一些盐。
