呵呵,俺还另外做了红萝卜酸,再加几只辣椒干和少许花椒,再放上少许黑胡椒粉,?z6G1I&G!T\N

开始起锅了,爆香这些东西后依次加入香料和配菜,酸菜一定要先炒干原本的腌菜水分,这样酸菜才会香口没有腌菜的那种特殊味,最后放适当的水煮开

煮开后,依次放入配菜,先莲藕、豆芽、豆腐再煮一会儿w

然后放入鱼头鱼骨煮二分钟

最后加入鱼片后马上装到大盘里,然后再另起锅烧开油浇到大盘鱼上,再撒上葱和芜茜就可以开吃啦

我有个朋友做这个菜的时候,前边步骤差不多,最后烧油炸点花椒,花椒捞出来把油浇到鱼上,花椒压碎成粉也倒入菜里,味道也很好的。
