夹肉烧饼

材料:面粉300克,发酵粉20克,温水适量

1.用温水化开发酵粉,倒入面粉中,用手和成软硬适中的面团。盖上布,醒40--50分钟。待面团完全膨胀。

2.然后:切成6份 每份再揉揉,压扁,擀圆,成这样。

3.先烧热,不要放油。把饼饼放进去,用牙签扎9个小洞洞。两面都扎。盖上锅盖,注意不要烤焦,几分钟翻个面。已经可以闻到香味儿了。
