旅游中,去市场选购蛏子一斤,要鲜活的,在水中吐出长长两条,捞起即有两注水射出的那种.肉色呈半透明,用手指轻捏感觉弹性很足,没弹性的可能已死,不要买,也不要乳黄色的,那是已死或快要死的蛏子.买回家水养一小时,洗净.一斤约有二十只左右.一般十元钱够了.
