1:虾去头,去壳,留尾巴,去虾肠,从虾腹部切一刀(不全切开)O(QM8A`nA,|C

2:鸡蛋加少许面粉开成糊状,把虾沾了蛋液,再沾面包糠

3:倒入适量的油,烧至80--90度左右吧(把手放于上,能感到热就OK了)
