1.瘦肉洗净沥干切成小丁,加入少许干淀粉与料酒拌匀;泡发的黑木耳去蒂洗净切碎,胡萝卜也切成小丁,红泡椒去籽后剁碎成末;将适量的生抽、鸡粉、盐、白糖、醋、水淀粉放入小碗中,调匀成鱼香味汁待用;

2.年糕放入沸水中煮至七成熟(约3分钟),捞出沥干;
