做法:

1.将豆腐切成2厘米见方的小块,青蒜切成大斜片备用;L9l(q%Ga-yz\k%g

2.将豆腐放入锅中煎至两面金黄,然后用留下的油,小火将豆瓣酱、干辣椒、姜丝一起炒出香味;
