椒盐脆鸡块

材料:鸡脯肉,鸡蛋,黃油,盐,糖,味精,生粉各适量.I8{r,NP*X!^

制作:将鸡脯肉洗淨后切成大块,然后每一边都切横与直交叉的花纹,再放入碗内,加盐,糖,味精与料酒拌匀备用.预备两个碟,一个装生粉,另一个装打散的蛋汁备用.热油锅油烧至火热,先把鸡块裹上一层薄薄的生粉,再沾满蛋汁, 然后再回裹上第二层生粉,把多余的生粉抖下后,再放入热油锅炸至金黄浮起再捞出放在厨纸上沥干油.小火热油锅放一匙黄油溶化后再放入蒜茸爆香,回锅炸好的鸡块,再快炒拌匀即可出锅装盘.吃时可点椒盐.
