1.豆腐切片;青红椒切菱形片;口蘑洗净切片;茶树菇洗净备用。1M p`(i$P_

2.锅中倒油烧热,先爆香姜片,再放入豆腐片煎至两面金黄,然后把豆腐稍微推到锅边,接着放入茶树菇,口蘑炒香后,再与豆腐一起拌炒均匀。
